Shanxi GERSVI Valve Co., Ltd. was founded in August 2015, is located in China ancient city of Xi 'an , committed to providing high quality, high value added valves and related fluid control products and services for the energy industry.After several years of innovative operation, it has developed into a factory building area of 28,566 square meters, more than 220 sets of machine tools and equipment, and 286 employees.The leading products include gate valve, globe valve, check valve, ball valve, butterfly valve and hydro-filling valve, wear ball valve, pipeline valve, anti-sulphur valve, quick closing butterfly valve, water control valve and other special valves, to more than 50 series, more than 10,000 models and specifications, the products are produced by adopting ISO, API, BS, DIN, JIS, GB etc.Nominal diameter NPS: 1/2"~68 ", pressure grade CLASS: 150LB~4500LB, working temperature -196℃~680℃, the material for main body of valve are carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, Monel alloy, copper alloy, titanium alloy, nickel alloy, etc.It can produce valves for petrochemical system, coal chemical system, power station system, urban pipe network system, metallurgical system and other fields.

Shanxi GERSVI valve Co., Ltd. has 280 kw electric heating treatment furnace, 5 meters vertical car, plasma spraying, supersonic spraying, plasma surfacing welding, carbon dioxide protection welding and other excellent mechanical processing and special process control equipment;It has a series of advanced non-destructive testing equipment and means, such as direct reading spectrometer, spectral alloy analyzer, ammonia mass spectrometry leak detector, electronic universal material testing machine, three-coordinate measuring instrument, X-ray, magnetic powder, ultrasonic wave, coloring, etc.With chemical composition analysis, metallurgical analysis, mechanical property test, hardness test, thickness measurement, valve life test and fire test, torque test, high and low temperature performance testing device, as well as 2800 tons of superhigh pressure great diameter valve performance testing and other high-tech testing equipment and methods.With CAD valve design center and 3D simulation production and design software, it can ensure the smooth development and shorten the development time of new products.

Shanxi GERSVI Valve Co., Ltd. has passed DNV ISO9001 quality management system, IS014001 environmental management system, OHSAS18001 occupational Health management system and other certifications, and has obtained API certification of American Petroleum Institute, CE certification of European Union, PRESSURE pipe component manufacturing License TS certification of GENERAL Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and other series of certificates.

GERSVI’s production machinery and equipment are specially engineered to meet the requirements of advanced special valve manufacturing. This includes large CNC horizontal and vertical boring mills with tool changers, NC lathes and NC machining centers for valve bodies and parts.Over 150 CNC machines are in operation in GERSVI’s plants. Production testing equipment is designed to safely and efficiently test high pressure valves in strict accordance with industry codes and standards, as well as customer imposed criteria.

GERSVI's design use advanced software tools, including finite element analysis (FEA),computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and 3D solid modeling.
